Balls

Ceramic balls are widely used in bearings, grinding media, sealing valves, nozzles and precision machinery due to their high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent high temperature stability. We provide four types of ceramic balls: silicon nitride, silicon carbide, zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide to meet the needs of different working conditions.

Shape

Material

  • Silicon nitride ceramic balls: light, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, suitable for high-speed bearings and aerospace fields.
  • Silicon carbide ceramic balls: extremely wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, suitable for chemical industry, pumps and valves and high temperature environments.
  • Zirconium oxide ceramic balls: high strength, high toughness, low friction, suitable for precision bearings and medical devices.
  • Alumina ceramic balls: wear-resistant, chemical corrosion-resistant, widely used in grinding media and industrial filling materials.
